Adopted by many of the worlds top cup makers, end grain cups (rather than side-grain) produce thinner walled, lighter and highly pleasing to use vessels. In this course you will learn the techniques unique to hand carving end-grain cups. The design of the cup you will be making takes its inspiration from a 2500 year old cup from the Scottish Highlands.
